How quickly will you respond after I submit the contact form?
I personally check every message that comes through this form and typically respond within 24-48 hours on working days. If your matter is urgent, please mention that clearly in your message so I can prioritize it.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes, the first 15-minute call is free so we can understand if I’m the right fit for your needs” or “I charge a nominal consultation fee, adjusted against your final invoice if you proceed.” Leaving this vague on a lawyer’s site creates unnecessary hesitation before someone even reaches out.
Do you only work with clients in Saharanpur or Uttar Pradesh?
No. While I’m based in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, I work with founders, businesses, and professionals across India remotely — NDAs, agreements, and Terms & Privacy Policy work don’t require an in-person meeting in most cases. If you specifically need in-person consultation, mention that in your message and we’ll figure out what’s possible.
What information should I include when I contact you?
A brief description of what you need (for example, “NDA before a partnership discussion” or “Terms & Privacy Policy for my app”) and any timeline you’re working with. You don’t need to share confidential details in the first message — that’s what our conversation afterward is for.
Is what I share with you through this form confidential?
I treat every enquiry with discretion, but please note that submitting this contact form does not, by itself, create a formal lawyer-client relationship or the legal confidentiality that comes with one — that begins once we’ve formally agreed to work together. Avoid sharing highly sensitive details in the initial message; save those for our direct conversation.
