My name is Parvez Ali. I’m a Contract Lawyer based in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and for the last 17 years, my work has centered on three things: NDAs, business agreements, and Terms & Privacy Policy drafting. Building both of those taught me something I now bring into every contract I draft: I know what it’s like to be on the other side of the table, building something from scratch, where every document either protects your work or exposes it.
